Sunny Slopes is a family-owned general contracting company rooted in Park City, Utah. Founded in 2022 by Ken Gaudet, we exist to serve homeowners and businesses in our mountain community with the kind of attentive, hands-on contractor relationship that’s increasingly hard to find — especially for small-to-medium projects that deserve real craftsmanship.

Ken brings over two decades of experience across construction, property maintenance, and project management. He’s been part of the Park City community since 2000 and is an active advocate for trails, water conservation, land conservation, and historic preservation. He lives inside the city limits with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. Don’t be surprised if he shows up to your first meeting by bike.

Position We’re not the cheapest option in Park City, and we’re not trying to be. Our position is where quality craftsmanship meets sensible value — for clients in 84060, 84098, and the surrounding area. We never cut corners that compromise the integrity of our work, but we’re experienced at stretching finite budgets and know when it makes more sense to rehab than replace. We won’t be the right fit for every project, and that’s okay.
